vip 패스 패키지 8~10 짜리 결제를하였는데.
구글 오류떠서 다시결제하였는데 이걸반복으로 3번되고 아이템안들어옴...
시간대는 11시 50분 새벽 12시 10분 사이 입니다 .

결제 후 지급이 이루어지지 않아 수차례 문의 메일을 드렸으나,
수신 확인만 하시고 여전히 어떠한 답변도 주지 않고 계십니다.
소비자 입장에서는 매우 불안할 수밖에 없으며,
빠른 지급과 이에 대한 명확한 답변을 즉시 요청드립니다.
만약 귀사의 신속한 조치가 이루어지지 않을 경우,
소비자 보호원 및 관련 기관에 정식으로 문제를 제기할 수밖에 없음을 알려드립니다.
빠른 시일 내 회신과 조치를 부탁드립니다.
